I believe self-defense offers women the freedom, safety, and self-confidence we deserve. I support survivors on their path to healing with a trauma-informed approach to self-defense instruction.

I teach women how to defend themselves.  Whether it’s how to use our voice, break an arm, or choke a neck, I believe learning self-defense is an outside-in approach to connecting with our self-worth. Women Empowered is a program that was created for anyone, regardless of their age, athletic ability, coordination, or size.

TRAIN WITH ME

After a career in WWE and as an actress in film and television, I have gained a few friends through social media. I enjoy connecting with and creating empowering content for my followers.

Every once in a while, you will find me in a film or on a TV show.  I’ve used brass knuckles against Jackie Chan, I’ve been in a cage fight thousands of years ago, and I’ve punched Supergirl in the face. It’s super fun!

Eve Torres Gracie is co-creator and head instructor of the Women Empowered program, a self-defense program rooted in the techniques of Gracie Jiu-Jitsu. Many know her as a three-time champion in WWE, and from her exciting roles in film and television. Through her efforts, and her online training offered through GracieUniversity.com, women all over the globe are learning how to physically defend themselves while reinforcing their belief that they are worth defending. When Eve isn’t teaching or training, she is spending time at the beach with her husband Rener, her two sons Raeven and Renson, and her Australian Sheppard Tioki.
